HELLO, I'M
Nur Iffah Masturina.

The wonder of teaching is watching caterpillars become butterflies.

My Story
Teaching is my calling.
I am a budding Early Childhood changemaker, currently pursuing a Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE) at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HMS) in Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP). I am a firm believer of continuous skills upgrading. An educator with a growth mindset is a life-long learner. Hence, I enhance my professional practice by consulting my lecturers and reflecting on my own work. I have undergone 2 Preschool attachments, equipping me with skill sets necessary to dive deep into the Early Childhood sector.
I have an eye for the arts and am proficient in administrative work as well as designing using various mediums like clay and mixed media. If you are not able find me in the classroom, catch me conducting story-reading to young children at Mendaki Organisation and befriending house visits to marginalised families. I am also an avid member of NP Silat Club and passionately hone my leadership skills as the Head Admin of the club as well as the President of HMS Society. Many would describe me as a soft-spoken and reserved individual which in turn makes me more observant and reflective. Beneath my calm and collected demeanor lies an assertive leader who is always ready to serve the community and make a difference in children's lives.
